Whenever I go away, whether it's somewhere in the UK or abroad, I can't help finding cats. Sometimes, these cats are very friendly, and at other times, they disappear into the bushes. This section has pictures of the cats that will let me take their photos - they are Casey's Cousins. If you go on holiday and you encounter cats that are new to you, do send in your pictures - make sure they are good, clear pictures. If possible, add a name and age (if known), and where the picture was taken.
I'll add them to this section and we'll see how many cousins Casey has around the world!
We met Duchess this May when we went to Cornwall for a few days. Living in a converted chapel near St. Austell, at 19 3/4 years of age, Duchess was deaf , cranky and very vocal. A beautiful cat, she allowed me to stroke her before she went off for her breakfast.
The Chapel Guest House has been exquisitely converted to a very high specification. Owners, Chris and Wendy, are a very friendly couple, very knowledgeable about the area. Wendy provided the most heavenly of breakfasts!

"Cats make one of the most satisfying sounds in the world: they purr ...
A purring cat is a form of high praise, like a gold star on a test paper. It is reinforcement of something we would all like to believe about ourselves - that we are nice."
